Lünen in the flow of time
In July 2025, the new permanent exhibition »Lünen in the Flow of Time« opens at the Lünen City Museum. It shows how Lünen grew from a small settlement to the centre of the coal and steel industry and combines historical depth with modern approaches. Digital terminals, tactile objects, high-contrast design and clearly understandable texts ensure greater inclusion and accessibility. Visitors can also get involved themselves at various interactive media stations.
